The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC) has received a Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP) application from Linleigh Realty, LP for a site known as Holtz Porsche, Audi, Mazda (PAM), site ID #C828181. This site is located in the City of Henrietta within the County of Monroe, and is located at 3955 West Henrietta Road. Please note the application package includes the Draft Remedial Investigation Work Plan which describes the remedial activities to be conducted to investigate and determine the nature and extent of the contamination related to the site. Comments regarding this application must be submitted no later than October 17, 2011.
