Project Description:
Proposed disturbance to 0.044 acre of Freshwater Wetland R-50 (Class 3) and 1.45 acres of wetland adjacent area, associated with infrastructure construction for the Rossi Commercial/ Business Planned Unit Development. An existing sewer line will be extended 230 feet (crossing 60 feet of wetland) to connect with Saratoga County Sewer District #1. A gravel access road will also be completed along the sewer easement. Wetland adjacent area activities include sewer line installation and mitigation (create 0.955 acre of new wetland). The project is located on the east side of Church Avenue (NYS Routes 50/67), south of Zepko Lane, Town of Ballston.
