Negative Declaration
Wayne County - The Town Board of the Town of Walworth, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Amendment of Chapter 180-10(A) of the Town of Walworth Zoning Law will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the amendment of Chapter 180-10(A) of the Town of Walworth Zoning Code to add paragraph (3): uses in accordance with Chapter 70 of the Walworth Town Code. The Zoning Code would be amended to implement Master Plan recommendations. The project is located in the RR-1 Zoning Districts of the Town of Walworth, New York.
