Project Description: The project as proposed is a subdivision into sites, involving the lease of a 100 foot by 100 foot parcel to Verizon Wireless for the construction of a new 85 foot tall telecommunications tower (with a total overall height of 91 feet) and a 11.5 foot by 30 foot equipment building on a concrete pad at the base of the tower within a fenced compound. Verizon Wireless proposes a 3 sided antenna array (containing four 8 foot panels on each of side of the array) mounted at a centerline height of 76 feet above ground level. The proposed tower will contain concealment branching. Access to the tower site will occur along an existing 670 ± foot long woods road that is to be improved with a gravel surface. Underground utilities will be installed along the edge of the access road.
