New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC) - Region 4 Quarterly Reports of Administrative Use of Motor Vehicles and Aircraft in the Forest Preserve:

Two activity logs were submitted documenting the administrative use of motor vehicles and aircraft within the Forest Preserve in NYS DEC Region 4 (Greene and Delaware Counties) for the time period, April, 2011 through June, 2011.

Negative Declaration

Rensselaer County - The Town of Berlin, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Adoption of the Town of Berlin Comprehensive Plan will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the tentative adoption of the Town of Berlin Comprehensive Plan which examines the environment, infrastructure, transportation, housing, economic development, community services and some planning issues. A comprehensive review of land use was not performed as part of the Comprehensive Plan and will be part of a separate plan being considered by the Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals. The project is located throughout the Town of Berlin, New York.

Schenectady County - The Schenectady County Industrial Development Agency (IDA), as lead agency, has determined that the proposed United Suites at Washington Square LLC will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the building and managing of apartment-style residences for Schenectady County Community College (SCCC) students at 117 Washington Avenue in Schenectady. The site is currently owned by Schenectady County and used as a parking lot. College Suites at Washington Square, LLC, an affiliated entity of the Albany-based United Group of Companies, proposes to construct a 4 story, 112,000 square foot building with 69 units providing residences for up to 264 students. The project is located at 117 Washington Avenue in the City of Schenectady, New York.
