Project Description:
The applicant proposes to perform bluff stabilization/restoration via placement of approximately 2,100 cubic yards of clean bluff compatible sand planted with American Beach Grass 12" on center with erosion control matting. The property is located at 132 Navy Road SCTM# 300-26-1-9.1, Montauk, East Hampton Town, Suffolk County on Block Island Sound.

Cultural resource lists and map have been checked. No registered, eligible or inventoried archaeological sites or historic structures were identified at the project location. No further review in accordance with SHPA is required.

This project is located in a Coastal Management area and is subject to the Waterfront Revitalization and Coastal Resources Act.
