Project Description:
The applicant proposes to construct a single family dwelling with deck, septic system, driveway and pool within the adjacent area of a NYSDEC regulated freshwater wetland (FWW# NA-6). The dwelling is proposed to be constructed within four feet of the freshwater wetlands, the septic system is proposed within 24 feet of the freshwater wetlands, and the drive and pool are proposed within zero feet of the wetlands. The project is located at 19 Shipwreck Drive, Amagansett, Town of East Hampton, Suffolk County, SCTM# 0300-152-2-8.17.
