Negative Declaration
Madison County - The Town of Cazenovia Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Town of Cazenovia Local Law E of 2011 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the enactment of a local law to amend the Zoning Map of the Town of Cazenovia Town Code to designate certain property in the Town of Cazenovia as Rural B (RB). The project is located along Mosely Road in the Town of Cazenovia, New York.

Onondaga County - The Town of Onondaga Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Local Law Amending the Zoning Law with Respect to Nurseries will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of a Local Law which defines and regulates Nursery Uses in the R-C and L-I Zoning Districts of the Town of Onondaga. Such uses would be allowed in the Town's Residential-Country (R-C) District as a special permit use on parcels of 3 acres or more - subject to additional special permit criteria and also allows such uses in the Town's Light Industrial (L-I) District, on parcels of 3 acres of more, subject to site plan review, per Section 24 of the Town's Zoning Law. The project is located throughout the L-I and R-C zoning districts of the Town of Onondaga, New York.
