Negative Declaration
Jefferson County - The Town of Champion, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Water Supply Consolidation will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the extension of a water pipeline from a well field off the Farney Pit Road within Water District No.4, up to and utilizing the ground storage tank in former Water District No.2. The existing well field will serve as a source of water for former Water District No.2 and Water Districts No.4 and 5. The project is located along Cole Road, Sayre Road, Farney Pit Road and Lewis Loop in the Town of Champion, New York.

The action involves the extension of the district boundaries to include twenty-seven (27) additional tax parcels. The project is located along NYS Route 26, Cole Road, and Famey Pit Road in the Town of Champion, New York.
