Negative Declaration

Erie County - The Town of Tonawanda Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Delaware Avenue Corridor Zoning Revisions will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the creation of a new Neighborhood Business Zoning District to be implemented along Delaware Avenue. The project is located along Delaware Avenue between the Village of Kenmore and Brighton Road in the Town of Tonawanda, New York.

Notice of Acceptance of Final SEIS

Erie County - The City of Buffalo Planning Board, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Medical Office Building. Copies of the Final SEIS may be obtained at: City of Buffalo Planning Department, 901 City Hall, Buffalo, New York 14202 and the City of Buffalo website: http://www.ci.buffalo.ny.us/.

The action will consist of the construction of seven floors with up to three stories of below grade parking. The total square footage will be up to 180,000 square feet of parking and 360,000 square feet of commercial space. The first five (5) floors will be 60,000 square foot. The 6th and 7th floors will be stepped back resulting in a footplate of 40,000 square foot. The building was designed to compliment the modern aesthetic on the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus while being a respectful neighbor to the nearby Allentown Neighborhood.

The project is located at 1001 Main Street, between Goodrich and High Streets in the City of Buffalo, New York.
