Project Description:
The applicant proposes to conduct repairs or replace 700 linear feet of structurally deficient concrete retaining wall and wing wall on Mad Brook at State Route 23 and Mill Street. The project has two proposed plans, Alternative A which entails the removal of deficient concrete and repair with grouting or shotcrete; Alternative B which entails the complete removal and reconstruction of the walls. The project is located at State Route 23 and Mill Street in the Village of Windham.

The applicant proposes to stabilize approximately 420 feet of eroded streambank of an unnamed tributary of the Manor Kill along Bull Hill Road. The proposed project is to install large stackable stone and/or heavy rock at 6 areas. The project is located on Bull Hill Road (County Route 59) starting approximately 0.1 miles north of Briggs Road intersection and ending 0.7 miles north of same intersection.
