Request For Proposals (RFP)
Solid Waste Facility Management Services for Town of Amherst, New York
Pursuant to New York State General Municipal Law, Section 120-w, the Town of Amherst, New York (Erie County, New York), hereby gives notice of the following:
Final RFP - Lease, Purchase, or License of the Town of Amherst Compost Facility
Sealed proposals for the above-mentioned project in the Town of Amherst will be received by the Interim Town Engineer in the Engineering Department Building, 1100 North Forest Road, Williamsville, NY 14221 on or before 2:00 p.m. local time on the July 18, 2011.
This Final version of the RFP follows a draft version originally published on March 8, 2011. Specifications will be distributed to all respondents of the Draft version and may be obtained or examined at the Engineering Department of the Town of Amherst between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM from June 22, 2011 through July 18, 2011, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.
