Steuben County - The City of Corning Planning and Zoning Commission, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Corning Incorporated Subdivision will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves an application from Corning Incorporated for the subdivision of land consisting of 0.68 acre parcel. The project is located at 33-45 Denison Parkway West in the City of Corning, New York.

Wayne County - The Village of Lyons Board of Trustees, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Village of Lyons Water Treatment Plant Decommissioning will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the decommissioning of the Village of Lyons water treatment plant and changing the source of supply to the Wayne County Water and Sewer Authority. Work at the plant includes disconnecting the water plant from the water distribution system by cutting and capping a section of pipe. Also included are the abandonment of three fresh water supply wells and three brine wells located on the water treatment plant site. The brine wells were used as part of a softening system in the water plant. The project is located at 40 Clyde Street in the Village of Lyons, New York.
