Negative Declaration

Onondaga County - The City of Syracuse Planning Commission, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Project Plan Review- St. Joseph's Hospital Health Center will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves 361,000 square feet of new construction in order to expand the hospital; these improvements will take place in two major phases over the next four years. Overall nine new levels of construction will be undertaken. The project is located on the following properties: 703-749 North Townsend Street, 701 North Townsend Street, 305 East Laurel Street, 306-308 East Laurel Street, 301 Prospect Avenue, 320 and 322 Prospect Avenue, 400,402, 404, and 406 Prospect Avenue in the City of Syracuse, New York.
