Negative Declaration
Wyoming County - The Attica Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Adoption of Revised Zoning Regulations will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of updated Zoning Regulations by the Town of Attica updating the zoning from 1967. The proposed Zoning Regulations will encompass the entire Town of Attica and, therefore, the action is not site specific. The project is located throughout the Town of Attica, New York.
