Negative Declaration

Genesee County - The Genesee Gateway Local Development Corp, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Acquisition of Property - Buffalo East Corporate Park will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a proposal by Genesee Gateway Local Development Corporation, the non-profit real estate partner of the Genesee County Industrial Development Agency d/b/a the Genesee County Economic Development Center, to acquire a portion of four parcels of land encompassing approximately 165 acres. The acquisition consists of acquiring the land and publicizing and marketing the site for appropriate development. The project is located in the vicinity of Vision Parkway, Main Road (NYS Route 5) and Allegany Road (NYS Route 77), in the Town of Pembroke, New York.

Genesee County - The Village of Oakfield, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Replacement of Water Tank and Transmission Main will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the Village of Oakfield's proposal to replace its existing 125,000 gallon water storage tank with a new 400,000 gallon water storage tank. The new water tank will be located on a cleared parcel on Lewiston Road, just northwest of the Village in the Town of Oakfield. In addition, 12,900 linear feet of existing watermain will be replaced to ensure reliable transmission of water to the tank. The watermain will be replaced along portions of South Pearl Street in the Village of Oakfield, South Pearl Road in the Town of Oakfield, and Downey Road in the Town of Batavia, New York. A connection with the Genesee County water system will be made at the intersection of Downey Road and Galloway Road.
