Project Description: A two-lot subdivision of a 41.27 acre lot creating an 18.47 acre lot and a 22.8 acre lot in Resource Management, involving wetlands, within the recreational rivers area of the Saranac River and Oseetah Lake, and within 1/8 mile of State Land classified Wilderness. The project site consists of two adjoining lots which were held in common ownership on May 22, 1973, the date of inception of the Adirondack Park Agency Act. Pursuant to APA regulation, the lots were deemed to be merged on that date. The applicant proposes the subdivision to convey each lot to new ownership.
Negative Declaration
Washington County - The Village of Hudson Falls Village Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Local Law No. 3 of 2011 - Amendment to Chapter 215, Table 3 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the Chapter 215 of the Village of Hudson Falls Code, "Bulk and Area Requirements". The project is located throughout the Village of Hudson Falls, New York.
