The applicant proposes approximately .06 acres of direct disturbance to NYS Freshwater Wetland PB-37 [Class 2], and .25 acres of disturbance to the regulated 100-foot adjacent area of NYS Freshwater Wetland PB-37, for the construction of a 12 foot wide gravel driveway to serve a proposed residence.

The direct disturbance to NYS Freshwater Wetland PB-37 consists of 2 driveway crossings, one disturbing .02 acres and the second disturbing .04 acres. The applicant proposes to place approximately 138 cubic yards of fill in 1865 square feet total for the two crossings, and 20 linear feet of 60" X 21" contech single radius steel arch culvert under each crossing.
