Cayuga County - The Cayuga County Legislature, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Emerson Park Pavillion Renovation and Additions Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a proposal by Cayuga County, in partnership with the Fred L. Emerson Foundation, for the renovation of the County-owned Emerson Park Pavilion that will include: improvements to the Park Entrance/Gateways, the West Parking Lot, the addition of interior vehicle and pedestrian circulation systems, landscaping and site drainage improvements (together, the Pavilion Site Improvements); in-kind repairs and rehabilitation, and/or replacement work, including windows, doors, roof systems, porch, breezeway, colonnade, columns and patios and interior finishes (together, the Pavilion Repairs and Renovations); the addition and/or expansion of approximately 2,964 square feet of new facility components, including the west kitchen, toilet rooms, storage and offices and the east satellite kitchen and storage room (together, the Renovations and Minor Additions). Collectively, the Pavilion Site Improvements, Pavilion Repairs and Renovations, Pavilion Renovations and Minor Additions and improvements represent the Pavilion Project.
The project is located in Emerson Park on NYS Route 3B-A in the Town of Owasco, New York.

Oswego County - The Town of Hastings, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Route 11 Sewer District North Service Area Lateral Extension will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the installation of approximately 3,700 linear feet of new HDPE force main and individual grinder pumps, 2,700 feet of 8 inch PVC gravity sewer, and a new pump station to serve areas of US Route 11, Gildner Road, and Corporate Park Drive in the Town of Hasings, New York currently located within the existing Route 11 Sewer District.

Notice of Acceptance of Draft SEIS and Public Hearing
Onondaga County - The Town of Onondaga Planning Board, as lead agency, has accepted a Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Peregrine Landing on Onondaga Hill. A public hearing on the Draft SEIS will be held on May 23, 2011 at 7:30 p.m. at the Town of Onondaga Town Hall, 5020 Ball Road, Syracuse, New York 13215. The action involves a major subdivision with construction of roadways and drainage facilities to support approximately 139 single family homes and a 30,000 square foot adult memory care facility, consisting of 52 beds. In addition, the northeast portion of the lands will include approximately 46,000 square feet of commercial office space. Although presently not proposed, it is envisioned that the western portion of the lands will feature 170,000 square feet of commercial development, consisting of retail structures of various scope and sizes. To effectuate this proposal, the applicant has requested a zone change of 118.3 acres from Residential (R-1) to Planned Residential Community (PRC) and the change of 11+ acres from Neighborhood Shopping (NS) to PRC. The project is located on West Seneca Turnpike (South of Route 175) in Onondaga Hill, Town of Onondaga, New York.
