Negative Declaration
Rensselaer County - The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC), as lead agency, has determined that the proposed D&M Hoffman Bank Mine will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action proposes to modify an existing Mined Land Reclamaton Permit, to add 18.5 acres to an existing 5.3 acre life of mine, for a new life of mine of 23.8 acres. The project is located on Watson Road, Berlin, New York.

The action proposes to renew and modify an existing Mined Land Reclamation Permit, to add 22.16 acres to an existing 15.3 acre life of mine, for a new life of mine of 37.46 acres. The project is located on Watson Road, Berlin, NY.

Rensselaer County - The Town of East Greenbush, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Carver Court Planned Development District will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of a 186 unit residential development situated on 77.82 acres. The project is proposed to include 70 town homes, 116 condominium units and a community center. The project is proposed to be developed in four (4) phases. The project lies within the Town of East Greenbush, and is east of Interstate I-90, Troy Road and Thompson Hill Road and north of Upper Mannix Road.
