Project Description:
This request for authorization, Water Supply Application #11,475, is linked to previously issued Water Supply Application Permit No.11,262 that authorized the installation of three new production wells at Stoddard Road and the taking of 85 gallons per minute (gpm) from a combination of sources including existing wells at Woodbattle Road. This request is for a taking of 250 gpm solely from the Stoddard Road Well Field. This would result in the Woodbattle Road Well Field being used only as an emergency source of water.

The proposed activity is not subject to review in accordance with SHPA. The permit type is exempt or the activity is being reviewed in accordance with federal historic preservation regulations.
Coastal Management:
This project is not located in a Coastal Management area and is not subject to the Waterfront Revitalization and Coastal Resources Act.
