Project Description:

The applicant proposes to operate a used oil transfer facility which will receive used oil, and used antifreeze, store these products on site and then ship back out to another FCC Environmental facility, or to direct end users of the material. The liquids will be stored in the existing registered storage tanks, and an existing warehouse will be utilized for the storage of used oil filters and drummed liquids. This facility will also provide ancillary services such as oil filter collection services, absorbent sales, parts washer services, antifreeze collection and sales to its customer base. The facility is located in the Village of East Syracuse.
