Pursuant to Article 3, Section 30-a of the Public Lands Law, the Office of General Services hereby gives notice to the following:

The New York State Office of Children and Family Services has declared the above mentioned property to be surplus and no longer useful or necessary to their program needs and has abandoned said property to the Office of General Service as unappropriated State land.

Said lands are planned to be disposed of by the New York State Office of General Services pursuant to the Public Lands Law.

Negative Declaration

Chautauqua County - The City of Dunkirk, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Elevated Water Tank will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of a new elevated water tank to provide additional treated drinking water storage for the City of Dunkirk, New York. The water tank will ultimately replace the City of Dunkirk's existing water tank located on land immediately adjacent to the proposed construction site. The project is located along the south side of Willowbrook Avenue in the City of Dunkirk, New York.

Chautauqua County - The City of Jamestown City Council, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Deconstruction/Demolition of the former Dahlstrom Industrial Complex will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the deconstruction/demolition of multiple vacant and deteriorated structures within the former Dahlstrom Metallic Door Company Complex. Buildings 1,6,8,9,10,11 and 12 will be removed to the floor slabs. The project also removes three above grade crosswalks, two at grade bridges and one railroad trestle that spans the Chadakoin River. The buildings not deconstructed for salvage materials will be demolished. The project is located at 443 Buffalo Street in the City of Jamestown, New York.

Erie County - The Town of Lancaster, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Try-it Distributing Company Inc. - Facility Expansion will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the development of a 96,000 ± square foot expansion to the existing warehouse, associated site access roads and parking expansion. The action also includes the development of a 7,500 ± square foot expansion to the rear building, the development of a seperate 3,650 ± square foot Truck Wash Building and the development of a 6,000 square foot storage building. The project is located at 4155 Walden Avenue in the Town of Lancaster, NY.
