Project Title: New York RSA No. 2 Cellular Partnership, d/b/a Verizon Wireless
Location: County Route 26, Town of Duane, New York.

Project Description: The project is briefly described as the construction of a 95 foot tall triangular self-supporting lattice tower upon which a 12 panel array of antennas having an overall length of 8 feet will be mounted at a centerline height of 91 feet above ground level. In addition, two 12 foot long omni directional antennas for use by the Duane Volunteer Fire Department are proposed to be located on the tower and at a height of no more than 74 ± feet above ground level. A four foot long lightning rod will extend above the top of the tower for an overall height of 99 feet above ground level. The tower will be served by a 12 foot by 30 foot equipment building located at the base of the tower and within a fenced in compound. The existing access to the firehouse from County Route 26 will also provide access to the tower location. Utilities will be installed underground.
