Project Description:
The Department has made a tentative determination to renew SPDES Permit# NY0126233 for the discharge of up to 13,000 gallons per day (gpd) of treated sanitary waste water from an extended aeration system to an unnamed tributary of Slippery Rock Creek which has a classification of C. The Department is seeking comments on the proposed regulated activity prior to making a final decision on permit issuance. As such, this tentative determination does not signify Department approval for or endorsement of the activity for which a permit is sought.
