Part 620 of 6 NYCRR, Notice of Adoption - On April 7, 2011, the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation filed with the New York Secretary of State its Notice of Adoption, Certification, and Express Terms to amend Part 620 of Title 6 of the New York Compilation of Codes, Rules and Regulations.
The amendments will become effective upon publication in the State Register on April 27, 2011.
