Project Description: The project involves a three lot subdivision of 1.28 ± acres creating three shoreline lots: one vacant building lot (0.63 ± acres) and two lots containing existing single-family dwellings (0.33 ± acres and 0.32 ± acres). The dwellings are and will be greater than 50 feet from the mean high water mark of Brantingham Lake, served by individual on-site wastewater treatment systems, individual wells, and public utilities. All lots will have greater than 100 feet of shoreline on Brantingham Lake and dock access to the lake.

Project Title: St. Lawrence County Department of Highways
Location: St. Lawrence County Route 27 at the North Branch of the Grasse River in the Town of Clare, New York.

Project Description: The project consists of the replacement of the County Route 27 Bridge where it crosses the North Branch of the Grasse River, a designated Scenic River, on the same alignment and similar elevations. The bridge deck will be expanded from approximately 23 feet wide to 33.5 feet wide constituting a 25% expansion of a municipal road, in this case a bridge. There are wetlands in the vicinity of the bridge. The county does not anticipate any permanent or temporary impacts to wetlands, however, if there are wetland impacts they will be mitigated as part of the project.
