The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation has added a link to a translation service developed by Microsoft Inc., entitled Bing Translator, as a convenience to visitors to the DEC website who speak languages other than English.

The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC) has received a Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP) application from Courtlandt Crescent Associates, L.P. for a site known as Courtlandt Crescent, site ID #C203058. This site is located in the Bronx, within the County of Bronx, and is located at 383 East 162nd Street, Bronx, NY 10451. Comments regarding this application must be submitted no later than April 29, 2011. Negative Declaration

Bronx County (Bronx) - The New York City Department of Environmental Protection (NYC DEP), as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Orchard Beach Pumping Station will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of a new pumping station to replace the existing pumping station which serves the sanitary, locker and shower rooms, food service facilities, public pavillion structure and the parking area of Orchard Beach. The project is located at Orchard Beach in Pelham Bay Park, Bronx, New York.
