Project Description: The project is briefly described as a six lot residential subdivision for which the Town of Greig Planning Board issued conditional approval on November 11, 2010. Each lot is proposed to be improved with one single-family dwelling served by an on-site wastewater treatment system and well. All driveways will connect to Middle Road. Lots are proposed to be between 4.3 and 5.7 acres in size.
