Project Description: The action involves a three-lot subdivision involving wetlands, creating: Lot 1, a 56.78 ± acre parcel to be prospectively improved by a single family dwelling; Lot 2, a 10.02 ± acre parcel containing an existing single family dwelling; and Lot 3, a 10.02 ± acre parcel to be prospectively improved by a single family dwelling.

Negative Declaration
Warren County - The New York State Department of Enmvironmental Conservation (NYS DEC), as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Reclamation of Long Pond will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the application of rotenone at 1.0 ppm to to Long Pond to remove the fish population now dominated by non-native and native but widely introduced fish species. The pond will be stocked with Adirondack Heritage strain brook trout following the reclamation. Long Pond is located in the Lake George Wild Forest and the project is included in the draft Unit Management Plan for the area. The project is located in the Lake George Wild Forest in the Town of Horicon, New York.

Notice of Acceptance of Draft EIS and Public Hearing
Fulton County - The Town of Johnstown Planning Board, as lead agency, has accepted a Draft Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Fulmont College Association Student Housing Project. Written comments on the Draft EIS will be accepted until April 11, 2011. The Draft EIS is available on line at: www.townofjohnstown.org.
The action involves the construction of a 2 story dormitory building covering 20,000 ± square feet on a subdivided property adjacent to the Fulton-Montgomery Community College Campus with 144 beds for resident students. The project is located at 588 County Highway 142 in the Town of Johnstown, New York.
