Negative Declaration
Chautauqua County - The Town of Pomfret, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Van Buren Grove Subdivision will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the development of a new residential subdivision consisting of 14 lots for single family homes. Work includes construction of a new rivate roadway, sanitary sewer system, water distribution system, stormwater management controls, installation of private utilities (electric, gas, telephone and cable), minor site re-grading and turf restoration. The project is located at 5381 West Lake Road (NYS Route 5) in the Town of Pomfret, New York.
