Negative Declaration
Cattaraugus County - The Town of Ellicottville Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Amendment to Town of Ellicottville Comprehensive Plan Map will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves an amendment to the Town of Ellicottville Comprehensive Plan Map, to change the future land use designation in the vicinity of Route 219 and Lindberg Road from LD Low Density Residential to GC General Commercial. The project is located on six tax map parcels fronting on Lindberg Road near its intersection with US Route 219 in the Town of Ellicottville, New York.
