Project Title: Village of Northville Department of Public Works Facility

Location: Intersection of New York State Route 30 and High Rock Road in the Town of Northampton, New York.

Project Description: The re-use of pre-existing commercial use structures by the Village of Northville's Department of Public Works (a semi-public building). Two existing structures will be re-used as temporary equipment and supply storage while one structure will be used as a storage and maintenance facility. The facility will store no more than 55 gallons of motor oil and 330 gallons of Number 2 fuel oil. In addition to the re-use, a natural earthtone, 22 foot high by 1,152 square foot (footprint) salt storage shed is proposed for the site. A 36 ± by 53 ± foot asphalt pad located in front of the shed is proposed for salt deliveries and as a plow truck loading area. A 50 ± foot wide by 800 ± foot long vegetative buffer will be established to screen the project from NYS Route 30. Existing dusk to dawn light sensors employed on the four utility lights will be replaced with motion sensor switches.

Project Title: Peck Associates & Wendell Taylor Corporation

Location: Peck's Lake Road in the Town of Johnstown, New York.

Project Description: The applicants are seeking approval for a greater than 25% expansion of a pre-existing campground involving installation of an additional 13 campsites for use by camper/travel trailers. The sites will be served by one new on-site vault privy and an existing on-site wastewater treatment system, and an extension of an existing on-site water supply.


Negative Declaration

Saratoga County - The City of Saratoga Springs Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Van Dam Telecommunications Facility will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of 6 panel antennas located on the face existing rooftop cupola, an interior wireless telecomununications equipment room, coaxial cables within a simulated "stealth" chimney to roof level, natural gas fueled exterior generator, exterior HVAC equipment and associated equipment and utilities. The project is located 77 Van Dam Street in the City of Saratoga Springs, New York.

Washington County - The Village of Hudson Falls Village Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Local Law No. 3 of 2010 - Amendments to Chapter 215 "Zoning," Sections 215-12 "Conversion Required" and 215-12.1 "Conversion Prohibited" will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the amendment of the zoning regulations of the Village of Hudson Falls to prohibit the conversion of existing structures in the A/B zones to multi-family dwellings and provides needed clarification. The project is located throughout the Village of Hudson Falls, New York.
