Negative Declaration
Orange County - The Town of Blooming Grove Zoning Board of Appeals, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Metro PCS New York LLC will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves an interpretation and/or variance related to the co-location of six (6) panel antennas at approximately 170 feet above ground level on an existing 184 foot telecommunications tower and the installation of five (5) unmanned equipment cabinets within the existing fenced equipment compound at the base of the existing tower. The project is located at 45 Oakwood Trail South in the Town of Blooming Grove, New York.
