Delaware County - The New York State University Construction Fund, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Child Care Center at SUNY Delhi Valley Campus will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of a 12,000 square foot child care center with a 30 car parking lot, relocation of the existing campus entrance, construction of a new paved service road to the existing barns on site for Valley Campus access and landscape improvements within the project limits. The project is located on Arbor Hill Road in the Town of Delhi, New York.

Rensselaer County - The Town of Schodack Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Town of Schodack Comprehensive Plan will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of the Town of Schodack's Comprehensive Plan. The Town developed a strategic vision that weaves together the changing econmic conditions, the importance of preserving existing infrastructure and housing, and the needs and desires of a diverse population. The project is located throughout the Town of Schodack, New York.
