Project Description: The project involves a four lot subdivision creating three lots on the east side of Piseco Road - an 8.62 ± acre lot containing a pre-existing single family dwelling and accessory structures (Lot 1), a 0.71 ± acre lot containing a pre-existing single family dwelling and accessory structures (Lot 2), a vacant 220 ± acre building lot (Lot 3) and a vacant 1 ± acre lot (Lot 4) on the west side of Piseco Road. The lots with existing development contain related improvements for driveway access, wastewater treatment, a water supply and public utilities. There are wetlands and a 7 ± acre pond on Lot 3. Lot 4 and portions of Lot 2 and 3 are within the Scenic River Area of the East Canada Creek.

Project Description: The action involves a four lot residential subdivision to create Lot 1, a 2.35 ± acre lot improved by a barn; Lot 2, a 0.5 ± acre lot improved by a preexisting single family dwelling; Lot 3, a vacant 1.08 ± acre lot; and Lot 4, a vacant 0.85 ± acre lot. On each of Lots 1, 3 and 4, the construction of one single family dwelling with an on-site wastewater treatment system and connection to the municipal water supply system is proposed.


Negative Declaration

Saratoga County - The City of Saratoga Springs Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Ellsworth Ice Cream will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the redevelopment of a former 2.5 acre industrial manufacturing site that will consist of a mix of uses: 9,500 square feet of commercial space, 94 apartment and townhome residential units and 127 parking spaces will be provided on site, with 27 additional parking spaces created/formalized along Division Street and Walworth Street. The project will update utilities on-site and connections to the city infrastructure, and provide overall pedestrian accommodations. The project includes two existing parcels and the lot lines will be revised to reflect the proposed action. One parcel will measure 0.44 acre and the other will be 2.152 acre. The project is located at 120 Division Street in the City of Saratoga Springs, New York.

Saratoga County - The City of Saratoga Springs Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Skidmore College's Scribner Village Replacement will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the replacement of 288 student residential beds in 15 buildings with 466 student residential beds in 12 buildings. The action will occur primarily within the same project area, maintain the current circulation pattern and provide additional pedestrian and bicyclist accommodations on campus. All stormwater will be retained on-site in accordance with the most recent New York State Department of Environmental Conservation stormwater regulations. The project is located at 815 North Broadway in the City of Saratoga Springs, New York.
