Negative Declaration
Onondaga County - The Town of LaFayette Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Jonesville Grove Estates Subdivision Phase II will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the potential subdivision of twelve (12) separate, individual building lots on 21.3 acres as more particularly described and depicted on the site plans and construction drawings submitted by the applicant. This is a Phase II development related to a previous application. Drainage stormwater facility and public road improvements are also proposed. The project is located adjacent to State Route 91 in the Town of LaFayette, New York, bordered by Jamesville Reservoir and Jamesville Beach County Park.

Tioga County - The Owego Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Local Law #4 of 2010 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the changing of the zoning of two parcels of land on Cafferty Lane from Residential B "RB" to Agricultural "AG". The project is located on Cafferty Lane in the Town of Owego, New York.
