Erie County - The Town of Hamburg Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Town of Hamburg Local Waterfront Revitalization Program Update will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves an amendment to the Town of Hamburg Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) that addresses issues relevant to the protection of community character, improved public access and recreation, environmental resource protection, the protection and enhancement of water quality, flooding and erosion, scenic and historic resources and commercial and recreation use of surface waters. The update of the Hamburg LWRP brings the existing program up to date and recognizes current issues and opportunities along the waterfront. The project is located along the waterfront area in the Town of Hamburg, New York.

Niagara County - The City of Niagara Falls Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Linerboard Manufacturing Facility will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a proposal by the applicants, Norampec Industries, Inc. (Norampec) and Greenpac Mill, LLC (Greenpac) to construct a new "mini-mill" recycled linerboard manufacturing facility. The project will include the construction of approximately 250,000 square feet of new manufacturing facilities as well as significant traffic, parking and storm water improvements to the existing Norampec Facility. The project is located at the existing Norampec Facility at 4001 Packard Road in the City of Niagara Falls, New York. The boundaries are Packard Road to the north, 47th Street to the east, Royal Avenue to the south and the New York Power Authority corridor to the west. The project site is currently zoned I2 (Industrial).
