Negative Declaration
Wayne County - The Ontario Fire District, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Fire Hall No. 2 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of a new Fire Hall for the Ontario Fire District in the northern portion of the Town of Ontario. The district owns approximately 3 acres of land on Brick Church Road that will allow the District to provide better fire coverage to the property owners in that area. The proposed building will be 3,600 square feet with approximately 17 parking spaces. The project is located at 1847 Brick Church Road in the Town of Ontario, New York.
