Negative Declaration

Onondaga County - The City of Syracuse Planning Commission, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Syracuse Urban Renewal Plan will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the recommendation to the Common Council for the adoption of the Greater Syracuse Urban Renewal Plan. The plan involves property acquisition, together with minor maintenance, in an effort to secure and convey property to viable owners. The project is located in the City of Syracuse, New York.

Onondaga County - The Town of Lysander, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Whispering Oaks Sewer District Improvements will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves of the retrofitting the existing Whispering Oaks pump station and installation of approximately 9,600 linear feet of 6 inch and 8 inch HPDE force main. The force main will discharge to the existing gravity sewer at the intersection of NYS Route 370 and Dexter Parkway in the Town of Lysander. The existing leach field will be decommissioned. The project is located along Ashington Drive, Penfold Way and NYS Route 370 in the Town of Lysander, New York.

Tompkins County - The Town Board of the Town of Lansing, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Woodland Park Planned Developmet Area will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the preliminary approval of a planned development area under the Town of Lansing Land Use Ordinance. The project envisions a gated cluster-type condominium community, with walking trails and the integration of more traditional single family homes to the west together with the necessary infrastructure, including water lines, sewer lines, stormwater facilities and public and private roadways. The project is located near the intersection of Warren Road and Hillcrest Road in the Town of Lansing, New York.
