Suffolk County - The Planning Board of the Town of Babylon, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Kaz Gungot (Sports Facility) will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of a 180 foot x 114 foot x 35 foot high air supported structure, maintain the existing 912 square foot structure, construct a 190 foot x 190 foot open turf athletic field and associated site improvements. The project is located on the north side of Conklin Street, 975 feet east of Maplewood Avenue in the Hamlet of East Farmingdale, Town of Babylon, New York.

Suffolk County - The Town of Riverhead Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Site Plan of Secure Store USA, Inc. will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a proposal to demolish existing structures and construct three buildings of 7,250, 17,550 and 20,300 square feet containing a total of 330 rental storage units (216 climate controlled, 114 non controlled), a 900 square foot office and related site improvements on a 4.77 acre lot zoned Planned Industrial Park (PIP). The storage buildings will be built out one in each of three phases. The project is located on the south side of Jan Way approximately 1,100 feet east of Burman Boulevard in Claverton, Town of Riverhead, New York.
