Suffolk County - The Town of Southampton Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Ponds at Southampton Village will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the conversion of a pre-existing industrial property to a 78 unit condominium complex. The project is located on a 13.01 acre parcel in the LI-40 Zoning District and the R-20 Residential Zoning District at 229 Bishop's Lane, in the Village of Southampton, Town of Southampton, New York.
