Transit, LLC; Mike Basil Motors, Inc.; dba Basil Toyota for a site known as 6157 South Transit Road Site, site ID #C932130. This site is located in the Town of Lockport, within the County of Niagara, and is located at 6157 South Transit Road, Lockport, NY 14094. Comments regarding this application must be submitted no later than December 13, 2010. Cattaraugus County - The Common Council of the City of Salamanca, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Adoption of Local Laws Amending the City of Salamanca Zoning Law will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of local law amending the City of Salamanca Zoning Law with respect to 664 Broad Street. The project is located 664 Broad Street in the City of Salamanca, New York.

Erie County - The Town of Lancaster, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Praire Landing Subdivision will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction and sale of 21 single-family homes. The design concept calls for the construction and sale of 21 two story single-family homes. Each home will have an attached garage. The project is located on Pavement Road north of the senior housing in the Town of Lancaster, New York.

Niagara County - The Town of Somerset, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Verizon Data Center will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the consideration of Verizon CCC LLC to develop a data center on a 159 ± acre portion of the site. The project would include three large buildings connected with administrative buildings via a covered overhead pedestrian bridge. Also, the project would include access drives onto Lake Road, stormwater basin(s) and/or detention area(s), open space and parking to accommodate approximately 200 employees and visitors. The 20 ± acre balance of the Site (the Cobblestone Property), which includes the Babcock House and associated structures to support Town Historical Society activities, would not be acquired by Verizon nor developed as part of the Project. The site owner, AES, has proposed rezoning the site from A-Agricultural to PUD-Planned Unit Development to facilitate development of the Project. The project is located at 7725 Lake Road in the Town of Somerset, New York.
