Public Notice

The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC) has received a Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP) application from Auburn Community Hotel, L.P. for a site known as the Auburn Community Hotel Project, Site ID #C706017. This site is located in the City of Auburn, within the County of Cayuga, and is located at 72, 76-78 State Street, 25-27 Water Street, Auburn, New York 13021. Comments regarding this application must be submitted no later than November 5, 2010. Negative Declaration

Onondaga County - The Town of Skaneateles Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Alan Briggs Project, Visions Drive will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves an application for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval to construct 24 residential condominium units in 6 townhouse style buildings on 9.25 acre part of unimproved parcel. Included will be the construction of a private road, with common area, open space, drainage systems, and infiltration basins to be owned and maintained by a Condominium Board of Managers, on property in a Hamlet Zone, for which Town Sewer District No. 8 was established. This action comprises an unlisted action under SEQRA, but treated as a Type I action for coordinated review by Town Planning Board as Lead Agency, with a negative declaration issued after review of a Full Environmental Assessment Form. The project is located on Visions Drive in the Town of Skaneateles, New York.

Included will be the construction of a private road, with common areas and improvements, open space, drainage systems, and infiltration basins to be owned and maintained by a Condominium Board of Managers, on property in a rural residential Zone, for which Town Sewer District No. 7 was established. This action comprises an unlisted action under SEQRA, but treated as a Type I action for coordinated review by Town Planning Board as Lead Agency, with a negative declaration issued after review of a Full Environmental Assessment Form. The project is located on Old Seneca Turnpike in the Town of Skaneateles, New York.
