Negative Declaration

Jefferson County - The City of Watertown, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Zoning Ordinance Amendment - Section 310-10, Light Industrial Districts will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a proposal by the City of Watertown to amend Section 310-10, Light Industrial Districts, of its Zoning Ordinance to allow the production of alcohol. Alcohol manufacture is currently prohibited in this zoning district and this change would make it an allowed use. The project is located in the Light Industrial Districts throughout the City of Watertown, New York.
