Negative Declaration

Suffolk County - The Planning Board of the Town of Brookhaven, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed IOMR Realty Corp. will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the re-development of a 0.95 acre parcel zoned for residential and commercial use. The development includes a new 7,640 square foot building for professional office use and a 58 stall parking lot. The project will require an exception for parking of vehicles in a residentially zoned area (non-permitted use). The project is located on NYS Route 110, 101 feet south of Ritter Avenue in North Amityville, Town of Brookhaven, New York.
