Negative Declaration
Fulton County - The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC), as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Amendment to the 2006 Shaker Mountain Wild Forest Unit Management Plan will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The project will involve the construction of a platform to attach a universal access fishing pier and a strong arm mount on the shore. The fishing pier and gangway would be installed seasonally. The project is located at the NYS DEC Northville Boat Launch Site on State Route 30 in the Town of Northampton, New York.
