Negative Declaration
Saratoga County - The Town of Greenfield Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Locust Grove Subdivision - Lands of James B. Dorsey, Jr. will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the subdivision of 70 + acres into 6 single family residential lots. The project is located at 266 Locust Grove Road in Greenfield Center, Town of Greenfield, New York.
