Hurricane Mountain Primitive Area Unit Management Plan / Final EIS

This notice is to acknowledge that the Commissioner of the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC) has approved and signed the Final Unit Management Plan/Final EIS for the Hurricane Mountain Primitive Area on August 2, 2010.

Jay Mountain Wilderness Unit Management Plan

This notice is to acknowledge that the Commissioner of the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC) approved and signed the Final Unit Management Plan for the Jay Mountain Wilderness on August 2, 2010.

Negative Declaration

Saratoga County - The Stillwater Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Saratoga Pointe Planned Development District will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the creation of a planned development district (PDD) as described in Article 4 of Town Zoning. The applicant is proposing a 126 lot subdivision which includes 125 lots for single family homes and one lot intended for commercial uses all on approximately 81 acres of land. The project will be serviced by water via a private water transportation corporation and sanitary sewer via the Saratoga County Sewer District No. 1. All stormwater management facilities will be owned and operated by the Town of Stillwater. The proposed road systems servicing the residential lots will be owned and operated by the Town of Stillwater. The project is located on NYS Route 423, near the intersection of Route 9P in the Town of Stillwater, New York.
