Negative Declaration
Oswego County - The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC), as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Kriz Farm Gravel Mine will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a proposal by the applicant to increase the Life of Mine Boundary by 10 acres to 14 acres. In addition to the 4 acres currently affected by mining activities, 2.26 acres of the expansion area will be affected this permit term. In addtion the continued use of a portable screen is also proposed. The project is located on the west side of County Route 33, north of Clintonville Road in the Town of Milford, New York.

Otsego County - The Village of Cooperstown, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Cooperstown Intermodal Transit Center Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of an Intermodal Transit Center Project and associated facilities and improvements. The project is located on Linden Avenue in the Village of Cooperstown, Town of Otsego, New York.
