Oswego County - The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC), as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Kriz Farm Gravel Mine will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a proposal by the applicant to increase the Life of Mine Boundary by 10 acres to 14 acres. In addition to the 4 acres currently affected by mining activities, 2.26 acres of the expansion area will be affected this permit term. In addtion the continued use of a portable screen is also proposed. The project is located on the west side of County Route 33, north of Clintonville Road in the Town of Milford, New York.

Otsego County - The Village of Cooperstown, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Cooperstown Intermodal Transit Center Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of an Intermodal Transit Center Project and associated facilities and improvements.
